JOB ORDER REASONS/SOURCES

This option prints a report of all valid job order reason or job order source codes (SR262/SR264).

Note: You must have authority to access the CODES menu to process this option. Your user profile must have group profile SKMANAGE or SKCODES.

From any menu, click , the screen will display:

Key CODES and click [OK], the screen will display:

Click , the screen will display:

Do You Wish To Go To The “MASTER” Menu or “CODELS” Menu:

To go to the CODELS (Codes Listings) menu, key C and press [Enter], the screen will display:

Click [Job Order Reasons/Sources], the screen will display:

Do You Wish To List Job Order REASON Or Job Order SOURCE Codes:

To print a list of job order REASON codes, key REASON.

OR

To print a list of job order SOURCE codes, key SOURCE.

Key desired code type and press [Enter], the screen will display:

Company:

The system will default to company 00. Key the desired company number.

To continue, click [OK].

OR

To cancel and return to main menu without printing codes, click [Exit].

If you select [OK] to continue, you will be returned to the CODELS menu. The report(s) SR262/SR264 can be found in your printer output queue.
