Before beginning, when you boot
up your PC, do you sign on with a "generic" sign on before you sign
on with your SkilMatch user ID? (The
generic sign on is usually 6 characters; the first 3 characters repeating
themselves).
If you do, SkilMatch must review
the "generic" profile to make sure it has the needed authorities
(*SPLCTL) to allow you to do file transfers using Operations Navigator.
1. Locate the print file you wish to download (probably the last RDY

bottom of your outq.

Note: you may paste the file by <right-clicking> on the DESKTOP and selecting Paste OR clicking the paste icon on the toolbar.
5. (Optional) Once the
transferred file appears on your DESKTOP:

You may want to delete headings, etc. from here before opening the file
with the desired application software.

software (Excel, Word, etc.).
