KeyesFax Image and Fax Software Interface

(Not available for “SKILMATCH-E” or “SKILMATCH-E+”)

When you combine KeyesFax software with SKILMATCH, you can:

ü Store résumés or other document images (application forms, reference letters) on your server

ü View those images from any image workstation or PC anywhere in your network, local or remote

ü Fax images to a customer, with a cover note, from any workstation anywhere in your network

ü Print those images on a laser printer anywhere in your network

All "scanning" is done with any fax machine or by other traditional methods.  Windows 9x/NT/2000/xp PCs can perform all of the above functions except "viewing".  

"Viewing" is enabled on Windows 9x/NT/2000/xp PCs by purchasing an extra piece of software, a "KeyesFax Windows Viewer".  

The KeyesFax viewer license is for unlimited users (PCs) on your server and can also provide each PC with a "fax driver"

which allows for faxing of virtually any document from a PC without a modem.

KeyesFax is not limited to just the functions built into its interface with SKILMATCH.  It is also a full-function image and fax system for your entire enterprise.  

All faxes for your enterprise can be received and distributed by KeyesFax and you can create "faxing lists" and then broadcast faxes as direct mail. (Visit http://www.ckeyes.com/)

KeyesFax "Customized-for-SKILMATCH" server software and hardware is obtained from SKILMATCH.  The license cost per line is for unlimited users on the server.  

Twenty-four fax licenses/lines are available and each require a dedicated V.24 communication port on your server.

q Line 1: $3,950.00 ($650.00 annual maintenance)

q Line 2: $1,750.00 ($350.00 annual maintenance)

q Lines 3-4: $1,500.00 each ($300.00 annual maintenance)

q Lines 5-6: $1,200.00 each ($240.00 annual maintenance)

q Lines 7-8: $1,000.00 each ($200.00 annual maintenance)

q Lines 9-24: $800.00 each ($160.00 annual maintenance)

q Viewer: $1,250.00 (one per server) ($250.00 annual maintenance)

q KeyesFax-compatible Modem: $197.00 per fax line
