Direct Deposit Interface

SKILMATCH server software for direct deposit allows you to download to your bank(s) an ACH file of payroll transactions that will be directly deposited into a bank account of each employee.

This function has been completely integrated into the SKILMATCH payroll systems for both temporary staff and permanent staff (each sold separately).  

Special checks and balances have been added to maintain the integrity of your data as well as safeguard against misuse.

One PC will receive the download file and connect to the bank(s) and must have a bank-compatible modem connected to a standard telephone line

and bank-approved PC communication software.  (Many banks use the software built into Windows.)

The cost includes 5 hours of time necessary to coordinate with your bank(s), develop the custom program to match your bank's (or banks')

software requirements, and train your staff.  If the hours required exceed 5, they will be billed at $208.00 per hour.

Once you have licensed the "temporary staff" or "permanent staff" payroll direct deposit software and wish to add the other, the second license is $975.00.  If there were any hours left over from the 5 hours included with the first payroll setup, they will be applied to the second payroll setup.  If the 5 hours have already been used, then you will be billed at $208.00 per hour for each hour required.

One-time license and set-up:  $2,900.00

ETU FILE TRANSFER SERVER SOFTWARE

Allows for server-controlled file downloads to PCs, enabling “user-friendly”, seamless interfaces to third party software and services.  Only one license of each product is required to interface with all interfaces requiring ETU.

One time license cost:  $679.00

(For customer-owned server.)

(Only available for rent for “SKILMATCH-E” or “SKILMATCH-E+”:  $25.00 per month.)

ES/TCP PC SOFTWARE

Required only on those PCs (usually only one) that will be used with the software and services described above.

One time cost: $149.00

(Per PC used for transfers.)
